This is where we start. The Sacred Healing Path.
I believe that all of Life is a sacred Ceremony.
I believe all beings on Earth (plant beings, sky beings, 4-leggeds, creepy crawlers, water beings, and so on) have agreed to participate together for a common goal - collective healing. As we heal ourselves, the beings in our circle of influence are affected in a beneficial way. Each individual affects the whole.
I’m here to help you remember that sacred duty to your Self to wake up, heal and be light(er) and brighter.
This is how it began for me:
I’ve been a longtime observer of my Self. I’ve been most curious about the connection between my thoughts and my feelings or emotions - and of course, my behaviour. Looking back at the 1.0 version of me, I would describe myself as a highly reactive and overly emotional person. To be honest, even though I didn’t like operating that way, I didn’t think I had options. I thought I was “stuck” like that. You know, the idea that people are just born a certain way.
After a significant life altering traumatic event in 2010, my life, as I knew it, fell apart. Emotionality and reactivity were at an all time high. What I wanted, and what I kept praying for, was Peace. I wanted to feel more peaceful. To that end, I also wanted the people I love and who love me to know that I was stable and thriving. Thriving - yes, but peace had to come first.
I’ve noticed that when I am clear about what I want, I’m shown the way. I found reflexology; I found yoga; I found the Medicine Wheels; I found powerful healers and teachers. I began the work of renovating my life by adjusting and correcting my Self. The revelatory new understanding was that I am solely responsible for making those changes - and, it doesn’t have to be hard.
I now describe myself as a Peaceful Warrioress. I can say with certainty that I am a peaceful being, and my greatest act of Self-responsibility is my daily sadhana (spiritual practice) which, in my case is a traditional and classical yoga and meditation practice, as taught to me by my mentor, Yogi Akal.
The 2.0+ version of me is emotionally mature, happy and thriving - and there are constant updates and upgrades as I go!

Before I had any formal training in the healing arts and sciences, I discovered, through experience plus observation of myself and others in those experiences, that I am sensitive to what people are feeling and the subconscious thought patterns and behaviours that are causing them to feel, act and speak any particular way. With loads of training, I honed my ability to help people understand the value of a painful situation, or a literal pain in their body, or a repetitive unhelpful thought as indicators for a healing opportunity.
Often people are in deep emotional discomfort before they reach out to me for help. Often, people have tried many other western medicine approaches without getting the results they want before they see me. Admittedly, my line of work is not always considered popular. I mean, most of us would rather not look at the darker or problematic aspects of ourselves. In my experience though, this inner renovation work can be accomplished in a light-hearted way. Not to make light of any distressing situation, but to make one lighter in the process of self-discovery and realignment.
I can help you re-examine your story, or a chapter of your story. We can reference your Book of Life (Yogic Numerology) together, and use the tools and techniques that I’ve been using in my healing practice for 15 years to help you better navigate the twists and turns of your Life.
Check back again for my subsequent blog posts where I will introduce you to a system that is like a GPS for your Life - The Ten Bodies. They represent the 10 aspects of your whole Self and form the basis of your Book of Life.
