Whether you’re brand new to meditation or looking to refresh and deepen your practice, this one-hour session with Kelly is designed for you with insight from your numerology to inform which meditation best suits your specific needs. Often, but not always, the meditation will come from the Kundalini Yoga system and could include the traditional yogic techniques of asana, mantra, mudra, drishti and pranayama.
Kelly will guide you through foundational techniques and help you develop a clear, sustainable plan for integrating meditation into your daily life. Regular check-ins by text, email, or in-person with Kelly are encouraged to support you in this deeply transformational process.
Come prepared to take notes and practice with Kelly during the session.
